Starting from nothing, then building their valuable and long-lasting reputation. NN1 Personnel are an established family-run business run by husband and wife team Damian and Justyna Sodel. Originally from Poland, the pair both came to England separately. Damian has 12 years experience in the transport and logistics sector, having worked as a Transport Manager for various companies, and always dreamt of running his own business. Justyna graduated at the University of Northampton with Business and Management degree, provding a good foundation for business. They believe in treating their drivers and staff like family and are proud of their 100% attendance driver record.

Operating 24 hours, Damian and Justyna are truly dedicated to their business and the people who work with them. “If a driver is unable to make a job due to circumstances, as a HGV Trained driver, I am always ready to step in and carry out the job that’s required.” Damian explains. “I have gained a good geographical knowledge of the UK, I understand all sides to the transport and logistics sector and I am able to provide CPC training to drivers.” Since their winning streak at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards, where they were named ‘Temp Agency of the Year’ and joint winner for the ‘HGV Driver of the Year’ award, they have been recognised by the Northamptonshire Logistics sector even more so than before.

NN1 Personnel have high expectations for their drivers, by ensuring they have the most up-to-date training, specifications and believe their drivers are the face of their business. In return, they offer regular and flexible work, great conditions and continued support. As long as they’ve held a Class 1 or 2 license for at least 6 months, a full CPC, a digital tachograph and an understanding for the logistics sector and the fast-paced environment, hours and regulations; NN1 Personnel are always looking to recruit new talent. “Because we know our drivers by first name basis and being a small business, we have built a great reputation within the Northamptonshire business community.
