Northamptonshire Logistics Awards: A Night to Remember!

We’ve done it again! Last Friday we added another shiny trophy to our collection, winning the title of Logistics Temporary Staff Agency of the Year at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards 2024. This marks our fifth award, and honestly, it speaks volumes about the hard work and dedication we put into our craft. Clearly, we must be doing something right, right?!

The Northamptonshire Logistics Awards

Every year the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards celebrates the successes of everyone working within the logistics industry. This includes the drivers, warehouse staff, office staff and everyone in between. Logistics is a vital sector in our county’s golden triangle.

” Transport and Logistics industry is such an important part of this area’s business community and with the enormous investment in infrastructure currently under way in the county will become even more so in the years ahead.” – said Adam Young, MHA.

It’s an absolute honor to participate in this prestigious event every year and celebrate the fantastic achievements within our industry as a community.

The Celebration

This year the event took place on Friday 11th October at the Mercure Hotel in Northampton. What a night it was! The awards showcased the talent, dedication, and excellence of our logistics industry. It reminded us all of the qualities that keep Northamptonshire at the forefront of the sector on a national level.

Charlotte Patrick, the founder of the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards said: ” Entries this year have been particularly strong, and selecting the winners from such a strong line-up in all categories has been a huge challenge for the judging panels.”

The evening was wonderful. We enjoyed reconnecting with industry colleagues, sharing a drink, and celebrating the incredible work being done.

The winners

First of all, we would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners of the night for their achievements. It was a privilege to be in the finals among such outstanding talent, celebrating alongside you all. Your hard work and dedication are truly inspiring!

NN1 Personnel was nominated in 3 categories. We won as a team in one of the categories, as a Logistics Temporary Staff Agency of the Year 2024. However, we wanted to give a shout-out to Damian Sodel, the founder of NN1 Personnel. He was nominated individually in 2 categories but didn’t win this time. To us, he’s still a champion! Plus, with Christmas just around the corner, we’re pretty sure he’ll put on his Santa hat and spread some festive cheer among our drivers. Winner or not, he is a Father Christmas for HGV drivers after all.
