On Thursday 2nd February 2023 Damian Sodel, a founder of NN1 Personnel proudly signed Armed Forces Covenant in Towcester.
It is a promise to support and treat fairly those who serve or have served in the armed forces and their families.
Signing the Armed Forces Covenant is a commitment by businesses to support the UK’s Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, veterans, and their families. By signing the covenant, businesses pledge to provide fair treatment to members of the armed forces community, which includes recognizing their unique circumstances and supporting their employment prospects. Signing the covenant is also a way for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to supporting the wider community and to show appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve. Additionally, it can enhance a business’s reputation and demonstrate its commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Signing the covenant means NN1 Personnel become a forces-friendly employer. It is a pledge that NN1 Personnel understands, commits and honours the Armed Forces and that we will support Armed Forces Community. We are committed to recognising those who have performed military duty
By employing reservists or veterans, we can help promote diversity and talent in our organisation. We can also benefit from their particular set of skills and experiences that they will bring.
