Happy 5th Anniversary NN1 Personnel!

On 26th January NN1 Personnel celebrated its 5th Birthday. It’s been 5 years since Damian and Justyna decided to make a difference and opened their own drivers’ recruitment agency.

Although in business for just four years, we have quickly gained a good reputation in the Northamptonshire logistics industry for our honesty, transparency and thorough checks and processes.

Apart from enjoying ourselves we also did some work and can brag ourselves with some amazing achievements.

We are hugely proud of our 100% attendance figure which we have maintained for five years and which is something almost unheard of for temporary staff. It’s all down to our dedicated and reliable drivers and simple two-way communication.

This week we have been reflecting on the last year in the business, and what a year it was!

We attended a very informative TEAM National Networking Conference in April 2019. Apart from learning and networking, it was an amazing day as we won one of the awards for ‘best Twitter Activity On The Day’.

May 2019 was the most exciting month of them all last year due to Northampton Logistic Awards. We were very proud to have been awarded the Logistics Temporary Staff Agency of the Year, for the second time. It was an amazing and very important achievement for NN1 Personnel.

Our business, as a whole, recorded a huge 42% growth in 2019. With more quality drivers on board, we were able to cover over 11,000 shifts providing the drive behind our clients’ business.

When your clients are happy to say that you are ‘professional, polite and always will go the extra mile to help’ as ours regularly do, it drives us on with confidence and determination to continue delivering exactly what we promise – professional, reliable, friendly drivers, available 24/7.

It was an amazing year but we are not going to stop there. We are determined to reach our next goals, so watch the space. We cannot wait to see what else exciting the next year 2020 will bring to NN1 Personnel.
