“At the end of June 2020, we embarked on a massive project to move our operation from Grange Park in Northampton to a new £60m 720,000sq ft purpose-built warehouse in Corby. We needed to arrange trucks and trailers and drivers to move our equipment to our new site and immediately turned to NN1 Personnel for their support. I had worked with them previously and I had always received a good service from them and their drivers were superb.

"When we decided to set up an out base in Northampton contact was made with Damian and his team to NN1 to supply us with agency drivers until the time was right to employ our own drivers.

This was back in September 2018 and what can I say, the high quality of drivers they have been able to supply at short notice and still keep a 100% attendance rate has been so good we have decided to stick with them for our driver requirements and have only employed 20% of our driver requirements. Yes, you do have to pay slightly more for an agency driver than an employed but as NN1’s costs are very reasonable it makes life much easier for us to operate knowing any driver issues will be dealt with by the NN1 team.
