NN1 Personnel is a Northampton-based, family-run business that supplies temporary drivers to a wide range of logistics clients.

NN1 was born from personal experience of what it’s like to get let down by temporary agency staff. In fact, it was through this experience and being repeatedly let down by other agencies, that we decided there must be a better way and NN1 Personnel was born.

The name of NN1 Personnel comes from our office postcode - we are right in the Northampton town centre.

Since our driving agency was established, we have quickly managed to gain a good reputation in the Northamptonshire logistics industry for our honesty, transparency and thorough checks and processes.

In fact, most clients who come on board with us make us their first port of call for temporary drivers after just a few weeks of working with us.

We are passionate about the logistics industry – at both a local and global level – and invest a lot of time and money into developing our drivers to raise industry standards and promote a career in logistics as something that is stable, secure and fulfilling.

We have formed fantastic relationships with our clients and drivers and last year we were honoured to be the winners of the coveted ‘Logistics Temporary Agency of the Year 2019’ and ‘Logistics Temporary Agency of the Year 2017 award at the Northamptonshire Logistics Awards
